Step 1) Run SFC and DISM command
sfc /scannow
dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
Step 2) Update phone app and Update Windows 10
Step 3) Reset Your Phone App
Step 4) Uninstall and reinstall Your Phone App- You have setup the connection once again after the reinstallation
Get-AppxPackage *Microsoft.YourPhone* | Remove-AppxPackage
