Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has warned Canadians that physical distancing measures won't be relaxed for months, but some premiers are already making post-pandemic plans. Mike Le Couteur looks at where the leaders stand on evoking the Emergencies Act, enforcing the Quarantine Act, and the historic emergency aid Parliament is set to review Saturday.
