Gov. DeSantis visits South Florida as state confirms two cases of coronavirus

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis confirmed two people in the Sunshine State have tested positive for COVID-19 and ordered health officials to declare a public health emergency amid the global spread of a new strain of coronavirus.
