Government unveils next phase of Covid-19 plan with test, track and trace | ITV News

Health Secretary Matt Hancock heralded the expansion in testing beyond 100,000 a day as an “incredible achievement”.

But questions have been raised over how the tests have been counted, as they could include ones delivered rather than completed.
