COVID Testing Plan B: India To Develop New Indigenous COVID-19 Test Kits

As the ICMR has halted the use of Rapid Anti-Body Test kits for COVID-19, the Government now has decided to use indigenous test kits and will be developing the test kits under the Make In India initiative. A South Korean company has started the production of these test kits from the Manesar facility which has the capability of producing 5 lakh kits per week. While the battle against the virus continues, another medical process in which the Coronavirus could be dealt with is the Convalescent Plasma Therapy.
