[Cooking ingredients]
Gomchwi(Fischer’s ragwort), Cham-Namul, Chui-Namul,
Bamboo shoots, Mung bean sprouts,
Dashima chips (Bugak), Mung bean jelly, Chestnut, Pine nuts, Sesame seeds,
Red pepper paste, Perilla oil, Sesame oil, Salt,
Soybean paste, Soy sauce, Red pepper flakes, Garlic
[Recipe]
1. Season the boiled bamboo shoots and the boiled mung bean sprouts with seasonings*
(-Bamboo shoots : *minced garlic, perilla oil, soy sauce.
-Mung bean sprouts : *minced garlic, perilla oil, sesame seeds)
2. Blanch the green vegetables in boiling water and rinse in cold water twice
3. Slice the blanched greens so that they are easy and season them with seasonings*
(-Chui-Namul : *minced garlic, sesame oil, perilla oil, soybean paste, red pepper paste, red pepper flakes.
-Gomchwi : *minced garlic, sesame oil, perilla oil, soybean paste, red pepper paste, red pepper flakes.
-Cham-Namul : *minced garlic, sesame oil, perilla oil, soy sauce)
4. Place the seasoned greens on top of the rice
5. Place dashima chips (Bugak), mung bean jelly, sliced chestnut, pine nuts on top
6. For a spicy flavor, put in red pepper paste
