-knowing your hair dye and finding a system that works for you! I am super sensitive to most hair dyes and have always dealt with stinging on my scalp with PPD formulas...I now exclusively use Wella Koleston Perfect with Me+ because of the reduced risk of allergy. I did work with them on a campaign about a year or two ago however now I'm a paying customer and I still want to sing about it from the rooftops!
-having a go-to hairdresser
-wellaplex and olaplaex treatments (if using dye) as they repair and prevent hair damage
-avoid overwashing hair because the natural oils are so beneficial,
and playing with hairstyles
-scalp massage
-regular use of hair masks
-moroccan oil, rich in minerals vitamins antioxidants etc
-I stick with quality products that work with my hair type
-wide-toothed brushes and combs
-cut down on heat styling
-I stick to GHD because they don't get TOO hot and have heat sensors etc
-heat protection spray IF you can remember lol
-good quality hair ties
