HER FIRST BROWN TROUT!! (Fly fishing Wisconsin Driftless Region)

We had one thing on our mind and that was to get AP a brown trout! In all of our adventures we have caught brooks, rainbows, and even cutthroat! We have been fishing in the Driftless region together but we could never find them! Today was the day that we changed all that.. We were heading deep into the lair of the German Brown Trout.. Deep in the Driftless. We tried a small spring creek in the morning and I was able to get a few little guys but AP could not seem to find em. We moved to plan B and boy did it work out. She stepped up to the first hole of the Blue River and hooked up! It was one of the best fish of the day and her first brown trout! On top of that we were blessed with a beautiful day, it almost reached up into the 40s! Wisconsin was goin wild that day…
