Workout:
3 sets for each exercise
1. 15 reps - squats
2. 10 reps - side steps
3. 10 reps each leg - fire hydrant kicks (I accidentally said donkey kicks in the video)
4. 10 reps each leg - kick back
5. 10 reps each leg - hip thrust side kicks
6. 15 reps - hip thrust (hold for 5 seconds at the top & squeeze)
7. 10 reps each leg - hip thrust, one leg raised
8. 15 reps each leg - standing kick backs
9. 15 reps - jump squats
