10 MINUTE AT HOME BOOTY WORKOUT | (BUILDING THE BOOTY SHELF)

(Workout starts at 1:29) Booty shelf journey here we go! I posted on instagram that I was going to update everyone on building my booty shelf, so to start this off here is the first video. *follow me on insta if you aren't!) The booty shelfs scientific name is "Gluteus medius" It's at the TOP of your glutes and creates the illusion of a bigger butt and smaller waist, I have found that for me losing fat over all helps with this, as well as doing workouts that target that area, if I find that my gluteus Maximus or gluteus minimus is sore or activated at that time I have to WAIT to train my glutes again until they aren't sore anymore, the medius is a hard muscle to target but we are in this together !
Please let me know if you tried this workout and how it went ! The duration of the workout depends on how long you take, how many reps/sets you do but it only took me about 10-14 minutes to complete this, not including stretching and activating !
