10 SIDE STEPS (5 EACH SIDE) WITH RESISTANCE BANDS
10 SQUATS JUMPS

5 SETS OF SQUAT HOPS (FROM BOTTOM OF STAIRS TO TOP)
10 SEATED SQUATS WITH RESISTANCE BANDS
1 MIN WALL SIT
* REPEAT AND COMPLETE 3-4 ROUNDS*
FINISHER- 100+ JUMP ROPES
