Description

In this step-by-step peach blonde tutorial, Romeu Felipe will show you how to create a luminous look by using the Illuminage technique. Color is nothing without light, it changes what we see and how we feel, so don’t just color hair- illuminate it.

Color Formulas
ILLUMINA COLOR + Welloxon Perfect Developer
A: 30 g 9/59 + 30 g 6 % / 20 vol
B: 30 g Copper Peach + 30 g 1.9 % / 6 vol
C: 30 g Blondor Freelights + 45 g 6 % / 20 vol
D: 40 g Copper Peach + 10 g Platinum Lilly + 50 g + 1.9 % / 6 vol

Step 1:
Part the hair at natural fall. 2.5 cm back from front hairline create a large diamond section on top of the head, followed by 2 triangle sections from top of the occipital bone to lower ear level. Part the hair at the front of the ear and secure, creating a total of 5 sections.

Step 2:
Starting at the back, triangle section alternate between large weaves and slices using Formula A and a large weave using Formula B.

Step 3:
Continuing on to the top section and working around alternating between weaves and slices.

Step 4:
Use Formula C to lighten around the face and in between foils using a freehand technique.

Step 5:
Once complete leave to develop for up to 30 min without heat – shampoo and condition with ColorMotion+ and follow with Blonde Toning Service using Formula D – apply to the root area and leave for 10 min before applying to the mid lengths and ends.
