00:05 - Dampen angled side of brush and sweep across palette
00:07 - Apply to top of cheekbones with the Ambient Strobe Light Sculptor
00:10 - Apply Absolute Strobe Light to eyes and bridge of nose with the No. 4 Crease Brush
00:15 - Apply Pure Strobe Light to tip of nose and cupid's bow
