Jeep Renegade Ambient Temp Fix for Under $10

In this video I show you set by step how to fix a broken ambient temperature sensor in a Jeep Renegade in under 30 minutes for less than $10. This fix likely also works for several other vehicles. In the Renegade when the ambient temp sensor is not working it throws a check engine code that will cause you to fail inspection as well as disables the climate control, remote start, and 4WD. The dealer will charge over $500 to fix this but you can easily do it for less than $10 with parts available online. The thermistor used in this video is a "02-N103-2" and is available from Amazon.
