Low Outdoor Temp, "CHECK THE REFRIGERANT CHARGE" in the Cold!

In this HVAC Training Video, I Show the Method for Checking the Charge when the Outdoor Temp is between 37°F to 70°F. Restricting the Outdoor Unit Airflow Allows the Liquid Pressure to Rise High Enough to Measure Superheat and Subcooling Correctly. Supervision is needed by a licensed HVACR Tech while performing tasks as Experience and Apprenticeship garners Wisdom and Safety.
