Is this guy CRACKED with the Ballistic Knives or just Sus...?

I was given the idea to run a loadout with the Mac 10 and Swiss, it's now known as the Mac & Cheese loadout. Unfortunately, we end up getting killed by a player with a ballistic knife... but is he legit???
