This is a live sales call by my friend Jake Goss-Kuehn, co-founder of https://webstrategyviking.com/

This is a live sales call with a prospect looking to outsource SEO and content writing services to Jake's agency. In this call, Jake does a good job walking the prospect through exactly what they'll be getting. Setting expectations is critical. If your prospect doesn't have a clear picture of what's going to happen next, they won't sign.

An interesting part of this call is the negotiations at the end. Jake increases his price to compensate for an additional request from the prospect, but ends up negotiating a different arrangement.

Compromising is an important part of sales. Salespeople can't expect to 100% win every negotiation; it's more important to make both sides happy so that the business relationship can be sustained. If your prospect pays too much, they may end up cancelling if the results aren't extraordinary.
