Within the first 10 days of pre-promotions on SoundCloud Miramar Nights R and B Mix exceeded all of our expectations with the first twelve days we had 10,000+ plays. We hit #55 on the HYPEDDIT Top 100 R&B New Releases and it climb to #5 on the HYPEDDIT Top 100 R&B New Releases Chart. Our expectations was it was going to take a few months to gain traction before the Official Release Date so we are very happy that the song is touching some hearts.

Miramar is a place name of Portuguese and Spanish origin. It means "sea-view". Miramar Nights is a song that I wrote reflecting the last conversation and the last song I played for him one week before he died in a tragic car accident. The one thing we really loved is the water and fishing, that was our home away from home.

In life, you are put in many situations and how you respond to those situations is extremely important. For me I was hit with the worst situation any parent will ever have, I lost a son to a tragic accident a few years back. I started playing guitar at about age 8 and played up to the age of 25 and just walked away from music and the music industry. One year before I lost my son my best friend lost his youngest son who was like a son to me and that really shook me up badly and I started back playing my guitar and writing down my feelings in music not knowing that a year later my son would be gone. When I lost, my son the music is what got me through some tough times and still to this day it helps me coupe.

These songs on my EP “nSituations” is expressing how I made it through the worst situation that a human can suffer, losing a child. Through my music, I want people to know that when you are in any situation the choice is yours on which path you take but make your choice that will help you grow and be better than the day before because every day you wake up you have a chance to recreate yourself!!
