Warm up-
1 min plank
30 sec lunge hold right leg
15 second pulse lunge right leg
30 sec Horse stretch
30 sec lunge hold left leg
15 second pulse lunge left leg
30 sec Horse stretch
1 minute plank
1 min frog stretch
Frog squats 30 reps
1 min plank
ROUND 1 - ALTERNATE
Thruster - 10 reps
Burpee - 10 reps
ROUND 2 - ALTERNATE
V-up - 5 reps each side
Plank Up - 5 reps

Squat Calf Raise - 10 reps
Reverse Lunge - 5 each side
