Ontario expands colour-coded COVID-19 restrictions

Shocking COVID-19 models spurred action on Friday in Ontario. But it's still unclear what effect newly tightened restrictions will have on transmission, or whether the provincial government will go far enough, fast enough to stop the models' predictions from coming true.
