Ontario reports record COVID-19 cases ahead of vaccine rollout

Ontario is preparing to administer the first doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine on Tuesday at hospitals in Ottawa and Toronto, as the province again reported a record-high number of new cases.
