Oregon State's Mikayla Pivec hits full-court 'javelin' shot

Just behind the first quarter buzzer Saturday against Utah, Oregon State women's basketball senior Mikayla Pivec heaved a shot, and made it, from well behind the opposing free throw line. Pac-12 Networks' Krista Blunk and Mary Murphy recall that Pivec – who has scored in double figures in every game this season – spends the basketball offseason throwing javelin for the Beavers.
