Regan Grimes' Leg Workout
Leg Curl 5 x 10-15
*On final set, perform a 20 sec hold, 10 reps, 10 sec hold, 10 reps, and 10 partials
Leg Press 5 x 30-50
Safety Bar Squat 5 x 10-15
Leg Extension 4 x 10-15*
*2 sets both legs, 2 sets single leg
Bodyweight Lunges 4 x 12-15 Each
