Self-isolation tips from around Europe: How the French do it

As Britain heads into another week of lockdown, many people may be finding the stay-at-home routine challenging.

Telegraph journalists from around Europe have been giving their tips on dealing with self-isolation, starting with correspondent Henry Samuel in Paris.

His three tips: get some sunshine even if you don’t have a garden; share a daily activity with your family; and have a drink with your friends over a video call.
