SnowRunner: How to unlock the Big Salmon Peak garage (Yukon Phase 2 DLC)

How do you unlock the garage in Big Salmon Peak? Here's that plus I show two easy routes to get there from Flooded Foothills and what you need to unlock both entrances. Remember that Yukon is Phase 2 content so you need the Season Pass to own it or play co-op with someone who does.

Also note that maybe things may be different when the Yukon update is released officially in November 2020 on PC, PS4 and Xbox One. But probably not. Spoilers!
