Starting a Save with an Unknown Team

My favorite Football Manager past time is to start with a team I don’t know. FM20 saw me jump to Belarus, taking the helm at BATE, which has been another brilliant time. I hope to help you all start saves comfortably and have this same experience, since I have received a lot of questions about this topic recently.

I cover how to create a tactic, how to learn your team, how to pick a direction, and how to balance your finances, all on the first day. There are so many more things to do when you don’t know the team, it was almost refreshing for me to go over my steps again. Rule of thumbs included, maybe, not really. It’s ok, I have too many of them anyways.
