Nothing like a huge TOMAHAWK steak and some chips to go with it. Today I make the perfect experiment to see if it is worth making our own chips at home. This can be a pain but can we make it better at home than store bought? Well lets find out.

HOW TO COOK TOMAHAWK SOUS VIDE
I cooked it for 3hrs @ (135°F / 57°C)
