Why are these places growing so FAST??

Sick of where you live? The traffic, the crime, the economy? The weather? Well, if you’re like many Americans, then it’s probably time to consider a big move. An upgrade if you will. 10% of people moved last year.

That’s actually lower - way back in the 60s, about 20% of us moved every year. Sometimes, it’s for a job, or because we changed our family situation. But about half of us move because we want new, better, or more affordable housing. We’re movin’ on up, as they say.

And we’re moving FROM certain areas TO certain areas in well defined patterns. We’ll talk about why and from where and of course where TO in this video.

So, if you’re one of the 35 million people who will move this year, hopefully this is helpful. Or, if you’re near one of the popular moving destinations we’re going to talk about, well, then you’re going to have a lot more company soon. I don’t know if that’s good or bad, but it’s the truth.

And, what’s really interesting is every single city that’s growing the fastest is a fairly well to do suburb of a larger booming metro area. So, basically, these are all gonna be posh burbs where wealthy, successful people live.
