The PERU We Never Expect (Surreal Experience)

This is our first time in Peru and we decided to delve deep into the neighborhood that nobody talks about. It was a surreal experience as we got a chance to mingle with locals, stepped into their house and learn their culture here - Peru definitely surprises us in many ways.

ABOUT LIMA, PERU:
Lima (/ˈliːmə/, Spanish pronunciation: [ˈlima]; Quechua: Limaq) is the capital and the largest city of Peru. It is located in the valleys of the Chillón, Rímac and Lurín rivers, in the central coastal part of the country, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Together with the seaport of Callao, it forms a contiguous urban area known as the Lima Metropolitan Area. With a population of more than 9 million, Lima is the most populous metropolitan area of Peru and the third-largest city in the Americas (as defined by "city proper"), behind São Paulo and Mexico City.

We had a great time exploring lima with Filippe. You know Lima is one of the most visited city not only in Peru, but also in South America.
