CENTRAL RESTAURANT LIMA PERU | Our experience at one of the top 10 restaurants in the world

We visited one of the top 10 restaurants in the world (#5 at the time) - Central Restaurante Lima, Peru!

Central Restaurant Peru is highlighted on Netflix's "Chef's Table" - Season 3, Episode 3. Peruvian Chef Virgilio Martinez has brought the Peruvian food scene onto the world stage, and Central Restaurant Lima is recognized as the Number 5 Restaurant in the World.

Here's our Central Restaurant experience - we attended the 12-course Ecosistemas Mater. Our final bill was over $500 plus tip for the night.
