TIMO WERNER... The Problem at CHELSEA FC? Timo Werner signed for Chelsea FC in the summer for a fee of £53million. Timo Werner at Chelsea has come under some scrutiny recently after going nine games without a goal in a Chelsea shirt. Chelsea FC and Frank Lampard insist that they are not 'worried' about Timo Werner, but a lot of Chelsea fans have reacted to his recent performances with a lot of Criticism.
