Top 10 Best Cheapest Cities to Retire in the United States (Part 1)
#Retire #RealEstate #BestCities
Today's video is about the best major cities to retire and buy some real estate. Not everyone can retire to the country to fish and garden in their golden years.
Some people will retire in cities for a number of reasons. One of the most common is to be near good health care.
Not everyone can afford to retire at the Bel Aire country club a couple miles from the UCLA Medical center.
Retiring on a tight budget is, unfortunately, more common than not. Bureau of Labor Statistics survey found that about 42 percent of Americans have less than $10,000 saved for retirement.
If that’s your situation, looking for a cheap place to live is important.
But only 22 percent of Americans choose where to move based on the potential to save money.
If you enjoy these videos I would love to hear about it. Most of these videos are made to help people who are thinking about relocating, looking for real estate, or just wanting to learn about the United States. We look at the best and worst cities, states, towns, and neighborhoods in the United States. But, most of the time focus on the negative side of locations. If you only want some happy positive information about a city, town, or state, I would suggest looking up local mortgage and real estate companies or maybe the locations website. They are trying to sell you something so it will be nothing but sunshine, rainbows and a bunch of smoke up your skirt. They won't tell you about crime, poverty, bail bondsmen, or insurance you'll need because of natural disasters. I will. And I will try and make it entertaining.
