African Diaspora may be a new term for many people. We don’t hear it used very often in conversation or writing. African Diaspora is the term commonly used to describe the mass dispersion of people from Africa during the Transatlantic Slave Trades, from the 1500s to the 1800s. The Diaspora particularly people from the west took millions of people from Western and Central Africa to different regions throughout the Americas and the Caribbean.
The African Union defined the African diaspora as [consisting] of people of African origin living outside the continent, irrespective of their citizenship and nationality and who are willing to contribute to the development of the continent and the building of the African Union." Its constitutive act declares that it shall "invite and encourage the full participation of the African diaspora as an important part of our continent, in the building of the African Union. It should be noted that not All Africans left the continent as slaves, Some Africans Voluntarily migrated to the Europe and the Americas long before the beginning of the slave trade and after the Abolition of the slave trade. African is always open to receive it brothers and sisters from the Diaspora who are ready to relocate to African and start a new life.

10. Peru – Pop With African Decent– About 1.2 Million
Syarting off at number 10 is the beautiful country of Peru. Peru is a country in Western South America; it currently has a population of about 32 million people with about 4 percent of the population having African decent resulting to about 1.2 million of the population. Afro-Peruvians are citizens of Peru descended from Africans who were enslaved and brought to Peru after the arrival of the conquistadors. Two types of black slaves were forced to travel to Peru. Those born in Africa were commonly referred to as negros bozales ("untamed blacks"), which was also used in a derogatory sense. These slaves could have been directly shipped from west or central Africa or transported from the Spanish Indies or other Spanish colonies. Today both the Afro-Perusians and other races co habit happily in peru.

Afro-Mexicans, also known as Black Mexicans, are Mexicans who have a predominant heritage from Sub-Saharan Africa and identify as such. As a single population, Afro-Mexicans includes individuals descended from black slaves brought to Mexico during the colonial era in the transatlantic African slave trade, as well as others of more recent immigrant African descent, including Afro-descended persons from neighboring English, French, and Spanish-speaking countries of the Caribbean and Central America, descendants of fugitive slaves who escaped to Mexico from the Southern United States, and to a lesser extent recent immigrants directly from Africa. Mexico currently has a population of about 128.6 million people of which about 1.3 million are of African descent. Mexico is also a route through which many Africans try to get into the US and many end up starting a new life in Mexico.
