These foods are delicious and proven to reduce anxiety/depression and improve your overall mental health. Of course, there are a lot of other foods that can also improve mental health but I didn't want to make the video 17 hours.
Know what the cool thing is about all of these foods? They're all vegan too! (minus the chocolate and eggs). I'd encourage you to research these foods further and see whether or not they're worth trying. When it comes to mental health, you know I'm down to try absolutely everything! Let's attack depression and anxiety from all angles and take control! Let's feed our beautiful brains some good food to improve our mood :)
