Iodine is one of the single most important nutrients for your thyroid. If you do not have enough iodine then your thyroid will NOT be able to produce enough thyroid hormone and you will have problems.

And because humans cannot create iodine they must get it through their diet.

But which foods should you consume if you want to get iodine? This list contains the top 10 most rich iodine foods.
