First. Start art workshops for kids and teens. If you are good with kids and teens you can offer art workshops or classes. Those activities can be drawing, painting, sewing, pottery, or any crafts. Just keep those kids engage in the process. Many small business owners will be happy to provide space. Those can be coffee shops, small bookstores, small yarn stores, even donut shops.
Second. Rent a room on Airbnb. That should work if you live in a large city or a place with lots of tourists. With Airbnb app you can control who rents your room or place. Also, there is an option to decline within 24 hours after approval.
Third. Rent out your car. There are apps such as Turo where you can rent your car out. Why not to post your older car there instead of selling it?

Fifth. Ridesharing. This one is going to work only if you leave by major cities. Rideshare drivers make most money on weekends. That’s when lots of people go out.
