In this video I talk about the ten most important things to look for when inspecting a home as a real estate wholesaler BUT these ten things are equally important to anyone who may be buying a home. If you know these few things to look for you can save yourself time, effort and most importantly $$$$$!!

Let's say you are a wholesaler, if you check these items as soon as possible you will gain valuable information very quickly! Right there at the end of the walk thru you should know if you are very interested, not at all interested, or want to ask the seller for time to consider and run the numbers.
