Neck Pain Relief Exercise:
Neck Pain is a problem that can happen either due to poor postural habits, cervical spondylitis, or neck spinal conditions. But neck problems majorly happen due to neck muscle weakness and tightness.

1:41 Chin Tuck Exercise - In this be sited or else stand and tuck your chin inwards. Hold this position for five counts and then relax.
2:30 Neck Muscle Stretch Exercise - To get relief from neck pain bend your neck over one side and pull this head on the same side with the help of your hands.You can do this for five repetition for both the side.
Neck Muscle Rotation Exercise - Rotate the head over one side and hold the position for 30 counts and then come back and do the same repetition for the opposite side.
