The Top 10 WORST Cities to live in the United States for 2020. A lot of these mid-sized towns are in the worst states to move to in America, but a few are also near the best cities in the USA.

In order to determine which US city is the worst (or best), we first separated them into different groups based on their size:

Big Cities (Metropolitan population OVER 3 million residents)
Medium Cities (Metro population between 1.5 to 3 million)
Small Cities (Metro population UNDER 1.5 million)

We then analyze their economy, crime and safety, cost of living, schools, health, traffic, things to do, quality of life, and a few other categories. I also implemented my personal experiences and the pros and cons of each location to find the worst and best places to live.
My biggest suggestion is to visit these cities and states first to decide where you want to move to.
