When we make the decision to commit to a healthier lifestyle,
be it to lose weight or accomplish a fitness goal, it's important
to keep your ultimate realization in mind.

back slide. But remember, there will be moments in your journey
where you'll want to throw in the towel, because accomplishing
a goal takes time and effort.

Doing things such as daily exercise, eating whole, nutritious
food and taking vitamins will help make your dreams come true!

Not to mention your body will thank you for it.

Here are a few tips to help you keep your end game in mind
while you're on your fitness journey!

Tune Into Your Body:
If you're a little sore after a workout, that's wonderful!
Celebrate the fact that you pushed yourself further toward your goal.

But don't forget to drink plenty of water and get in a good
stretch to help your muscles stay flexible.

Neglecting this portion of your fitness will make your journey
hard to maintain. No one wants to work out when they can barely
stand up.

Create A Vision Board:
Whatever your end game is, whether it's to have the scale show
a certain number or to become a CrossFit champion, put it on a
poster board and hang it up where you can see it all the time!

Visualization has been shown to work in all areas of life,
especially with fitness goals. Maintain that constant view
into the future to help you see yourself where you ultimately
want to be.

Keep A Food Journal:
It's easy to just graze on food throughout the day, which is
why it's imperative to write down everything that you put into
your mouth.

Check out the application store on your smart device for free
food journals, or purchase a physical one online.

When you have a rough day, you will be able to look back and
pinpoint exactly where you veered off course. It can also help
when you begin to reach a plateau.
