Truckin' It #084: Top 10 WORST Southern States to drive through in Winter...

Winter is TORTURE on trucks. And in these 10 states, all in the SOUTHERN part of the United States of America, Winter is yet another fatal crash waiting to happen.

Hint: The worst state in the Southern US for winter ops is NOT Georgia or Alabama (though I have been stranded for 5 days in the former). It's Arkansas. A lot of these 10 states either have extremely variable weather which changes by region OR have inadequate equipment for caring for the roads and have to rely on mother nature instead. In Arkansas, they have the worst of both.
