WHAT A LAGGY GAME! - F1 2020 Modded Career mode PART 1: AUSTRALIA (No commentary)

Part 1 of the F1 2020 Modded Career mode (using my own mod).

"Hello and welcome to the F1 2020 modded career mode.
Today we're going to start the season at the Australian Grand Prix.
As you can see, we're driving as Lando Norris and we've got pole position ahead of our teammate.
Now let's go to the race

It's very wet at the very first race here, let's see if we can convert this pole into a win.

It's lights out and away we go, great getaway there from us.
But it looks like Vettel and Sainz both have good starts as well.
Heading into the first corner and... well, we've held our position successfully.

Oh, there's a car going off at the first turn, but he's thankfully managed to go on.
A few moments later...
It's lap 12 now, our rivals have all been fitted with intermediate tyres, so it's time to make a pitstop.
Let's hope the gap to my teammate won't decrease considerably.

Nice and easy, we'll rejoin in the lead.

It was at this moment when he knew he's ****ed up
Oh dear! My game has started stuttering, it's very irritating to have this problem esp. when I'm recording
I do apologize for this issue, but anyway the race will go on.

Finally the game runs smoothly again, should the lags happen again I'll pause it until the FPS go back to normal.

Now that the track has dried out, let's put the slick tyres on.
And about the lags, well, they come up once every lap lol :))

My car setup is more suitable on a wet track, this means Sainz is going to catch me up.

It's lap 27 and Sainz is now within the striking distance to us.
We've checked the drivers' positions in the previous game lag period, Bottas is trying to take the 3rd position away from Vettel and Hamilton is doing the same on Leclerc for 5th.
But Verstappen outside of the points made us shocked, did he go off at the beginning of the race?
Anyway, let's return to the battle of the McLarens. Coming to the main straight, Sainz definitely has a DRS advantage over us.

No he can't, he's too far away to pass us.
But there's another long straight ahead, it's another chance for him to snatch P1

And there's Vettel and Bottas not so far from us in the background, while Leclerc and Hamilton are too far away.
Anyway, just a minor mistake for us is enough to be kicked off the podium, so let's concentrate more on these final laps.
In fact, Albert Park Circuit is the track that is not easy to overtake, that's probably why even the more superior Mercedes cars still haven't passed the Ferraris.
And we forgot this, George Russell, even in the weakest car, is now in 12th out of the remaining 17, fending off loads of cars behind him. He's been doing a great job for Williams so far.
And here comes another stuttering...

Alright, we're about to complete the penultimate lap of the Australian Grand Prix and like the last lap, Sainz is gonna use DRS to aid his advantage over us.
But he's backed off; in fact, there's no team order in this game but maybe he simply wants the team to finish safe and sound in a 1-2.

And here we are at the last few corners, just make it stick and McLaren will score a 1-2 finish.
Heading into the last corner for the last time, we'll definitely get our first win of the season. We're gonna make a 1-2. McLaren is back baby :))
Well the cameras seem to not show Sainz finishing lol :))

Heading to the results, we've just fended off Carlos Sainz for the win, both Mercedes drivers tried in vain to pass their respective Ferrari rivals.
Daniel Ricciardo and Kimi Raikkonen both had solid races, Albon recovered from a low starting grid to salvage 2 points.
Max Verstappen was so close to P10 that belongs to Lance Stroll, while both Williams drivers fended off their stronger opponents. Grosjean, Kvyat and Ocon are the retirements of this race.

Now we're going to the drivers' standings.
The positions are the same as the race results, but bear in mind that Lewis Hamilton set the fastest lap of this race and finished in the top 10, so he scored 1 additional point.

Heading to the constructors' standings, McLaren have got the lead, ahead of Ferrari and Mercedes.
Red Bull scored only 2 points which is a disappointment for them, while the excellent defence of Russell and Latifi helped Williams, at least, not to be in last place.
