What are the Differences between the Canadian Army and the British Army?

A lot of people ask me what are the big differences between the British Army and the Canadian Army? Being that I was a regular force soldier in the British Army and now a reservist in the Canadian Army I thought I would share a few points that explain some of the changes and similarities also the armed forces have.
