What I eat in a day (vegan) + healthy

Welcome to my very first youtube video!!! Ahhh! :o
BREAKFAST: ACAI BOWL
- 1 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup of açaí fruit blend
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup of ice
Method: Blend everything until smooth. Top with any fruits you'd like! :)
I added peach, banana, hemp seeds, coconut shreds, and nut butter.
LUNCH: TOFU SCRAMBLE
- 1 block of tofu
- purple onion (FORGOT TO ADD BEFORE, PLEASE ADD BEFORE IF YOU PLAN TO ADD SOME)
- tumeric (to taste)
- paprika TT
- cayenne pepper TT
- Italian seasoning TT
- 1 green bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
- 1 cup of pinto beans
- about 6 leaves of romaine lettuce
Method:
1. Sauté onion over medium heat.
2. Add tofu block by breaking it up into pieces.
3. Add seasonings and give it a good mix.
4. Continue mixing occasionally for about 7-10 minutes.
5. Add nutritional yeast, I add it almost towards the end.
6. Add in pinto beans, leaving for another 2-3 minutes.
7. Cut green pepper and romaine lettuce in the meantime and assemble to a plate.
8. Add in tofu scramble to the romaine lettuce and bell pepper.
9. Season more with pepper or anything! You're done!
