World Bank offers $100 million grant to Afghanistan

The World Bank is extending a grant of 100.4 million U.S. dollars to Afghanistan's efforts to contain COVID-19. The grant will cover all 34 Afghan provinces and reinforce essential health care services. It will support individuals and groups including the infected and people at risk, medical and emergency personnel, and relevant service providers and facilities.
