Why not enjoy the company of Sensei Ben and Sensei Louise for a fun and friendly workout of least 30 minutes.
We run this lesson live every week day aimed at children over 5 and their families. We cover a warm up, a hight intensity work out and some simple drills covering martial arts techniques. Lastly we cover a stretch or yoga routine to calm us all down.

Sensei Ben and Louise run this live lesson via ZOOM and they welcome new members from all over the world to join them.
It is just £10 per month for the whole family to join the class every day. There are lots of online content being uploaded to Youtube all the time but our ZKS MA online class is exactly that.
We can view your technique and can motivate you to improve your skills.
