2 cups semolina flour
2/3 cup water
Instructions:
1. Pour flour onto a clean work surface and make a 3 inch well. Pour water into well and mix gently with flour.
2. As the dough forms, continue by kneading the dough to form an elastic and smooth ball.
3. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes before use.
