♡ RECIPES ♡
*Follow recipes here vs what was said in the video because some have been tweaked slightly*
Things to note: every air fryer is slightly different so start with the lowest cooking time and check every 1-2 minutes
Always preheat!
Don't crowd or overlap food in the air fryer basket
Use a light coat of spray oil on the silicone basket and food items to increase crispness (spray EVOO or avocado oil, very little is needed)

⇒ Air fryer hard boiled eggs recipe
Preheat to 250 degrees and place six eggs straight from the refrigerator into the fryer basket. Cook at 250 degrees F for 13 minutes. (Note, I actually find cooking them at 250 for 13 mins vs 300 for 12 mins results in a better texture.) Immediately place the cooked eggs in cold water ice bath to stop cooking. Easiest way to peel is under water

⇒ Air fryer oatmeal recipe
preheat air fryer to 300. Add 1/2 cup rolled oats (not steel cut, those have a longer cooking time) and 2 cups of water or milk (I do half and half). Make sure oats are completely covered in liquid - I use the silicone liner. Cook for 10 minutes.

⇒ Air fryer cookies recipe
Start by preheating your air fryer to 300ºF. Once it’s pre-heated, line your air fryer with foil or parchment paper. Place your premade cookie dough into the fryer and bake for 7-10 minutes, checking every 2 minutes (will need a longer cook time if they are larger cookies). Allow to cool for 5-10 mins before eating

⇒ Air fryer ravioli recipe
Use 1" frozen ravioli, we usually do cheese or mushroom. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
Make a crust for the ravioli by dipping in a bath of beaten eggs followed by coating in a mixture of 1/2 panko bread crumbs and half Parmesan cheese plus 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning.
Spray both air fryer basket or liner and the ravioli with a light coat of oil
Then add the ravioli to the basket in a single layer. Don't crowd them and don't stack them.
Cook at 400F for 7 minutes. After 3-4 minutes you can pull out the basket and flip them over
Serve with marinara dipping sauce

⇒ Air fryer doughnuts
Use pre-made biscuit dough
Remove the centers from the biscuits, and save the donut holes if you'd like! Preheat to 350 degrees and cook in batches of 2-3 for 5 mins, flipping after 3 mins. Lightly brush hot donuts with butter and roll in cinnamon-sugar.

⇒ Air fryer corn on the cob
Brush corn cobs lightly with olive oil and fry at 370 degrees F for 10-12 minutes. Top with butter and seasonings of choice.

⇒ Air fryer apple chips
Choose your favorite apple variety and slice it into quarter-inch rounds. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon over the chips before serving

⇒ Air fryer garlic bread
Lightly butter the centers of each piece of bread and add minced (or powdered) garlic. Fry two pieces at 350 degrees F for 5-6 minutes.

⇒ Air fryer salmon
for a 6oz piece of salmon. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Season salmon and spray both the basket and salmon with a light coat of oil. Cook 8-10 mins (start checking it at 8 mins )
You can also put a piece of frozen salmon directly in the air fryer for 14-16 minutes -though I don't find it tastes as good from frozen

⇒ Air fryer broccoli *Brittany's Famous Broccoli*
Wash and pat dry fresh broccoli cut into bite size pieces
coat with one part olive oil and one part agave syrup (can also use maple syrup or honey)
add salt, pepper, garlic powder and then FULLY COAT with powdered cumin.
Don't overcrowd and cook at 400 degrees for 6-10 mins until lightly crispy
