6 tbsp. coconut oil or melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract

4 cups of all purpose flour
Instructions:
In large bowl pour in milk, sugar and yeast. Whisk gently and then let sit for 5 minutes or until yeast starts to foam and bubble to the top.
Add eggs, coconut oil, vanilla extract, salt. Gently mix together and then add in two cups of flour. Mix until in becomes a wet batter and then add in remaining two cups of flour. Mix and then knead with hands for 10 minutes until you form the dough.
Spray a large bowl with oil and place dough inside. Spray another light coat of oil on top of the dough and cover with a towel. Place in warm area in the kitchen like the oven and let sit for at least two hours. The dough will rise and double or triple in size.
Sprinkle board with flour and need dough again for another 5-6 minutes.
Roll the dough and cut out donuts. Let sit for another 30 minutes for the donuts to rise again.
Spray both sides with oil and air fry at 375F Degrees for 7 minutes.

Cool on rack for 10 minutes.

Serving size about 14 donuts
