As I enter the last week of my 60 Day Challenge of strict clean keto with intermittent fasting at a maximum of a four-hour eating window, I've thought about the top 10 tips I feel might help you with your fat loss and weight loss goals doing keto and IF.
If you've been with me for a while, you'll know I used to do SCD to great results, but the reason why I migrated from Slow Carb to Keto+IF is because I was shocked to receive a diagnosis of pre-diabetes after having not gone to a doctor in over a decade.
